SPL-A Bubble Film Line. The line is a SPL-A 2400mm wide air-bubble film production line.
Film width: 2400mm complete bubble film or 2460 mm with flat edges on both sides.
Bubble sizes:10mm dia x 4mm high, 20mm dia x 7mm high, 30mm dia x 13mm high
Thickness: 45u to 20u. Standard 2 layer bubble film and 3 layer bubble film.
Length: 35 - 350 m long
Cooling: Air cooling system for forming rollers. Water cooling for nip rollers. An independent water chiller installed.
Layout: 90mm extruder with 2 x 2600mm wide flat dies for standard 2 layer film.
55mm extruder with 1 x 2600mm wide flat die for adding an optional 3rd layer.
